3D Endurance Training Series
Three Camps...One Purpose
Development :: Discipline :: Distance
The purpose of each camp is to focus on these three concepts:

Development: The first priority is to broaden the athlete’s knowledge of triathlon.  Swimming, cycling, running, mental preparation, recovery, nutrition, energy systems, and many other topics will be discussed in daily clinics.  During each of the workouts USAT certified coaches will continue to enlighten the athlete.  Participants will learn that physiological along with psychological needs play an important role in triathlon.

Discipline:  Athletes are given the opportunity to focus on training without every day interruptions.  Each camp will adhere to a rigorous training schedule for swimming, cycling, and running. A regimen of preparation, fitness, nutrition, and rest will need to be followed to fully benefit from the weekend.

Distance:  Each camp is done on a half-ironman course that will allow the athlete to swim up to 1.2 miles, bike up to 56 miles, and run up to 13.1 miles over the four-day period. The master plan calls for each section of the course to be covered on a separate day to truly focus on each sport.  The participants will cover no less than 34 miles every day.

Dedication & Desire - Above all else, any athlete that aspires to become better at swimming, cycling, or running should attend this camp.
